Another entry into  's Central Victory timeline: The Ukrainian States aka Ukrainian Hetmanate. This is the easternmost sattelite state of the German Empire, established after the Treaty of Brest-Litowsk, cementing the defeat of the Russian Empire. The state is an authoritarian monarchy ruled by the Hetman of Ukraine, it's monarch. Initialy held by Pavlo Skoropadskyi, the title of Hetman was usurped by the Austrtian Archduke Wilhelm, taking the royal name of Vasyl Vyshyvanyi and holding his title for the remainder of the Hetmanate's exsitence, which came to an end in 1939 when Ukraine was overrun by the Soviet Union. After the end of the European War, the Hetmanate was not reestablished.
