In it OTL's Tunguska Event happens in St. Petersburg, whiping out the entire city and causing a Civil War in Russia between Whites and Reds that gets complicated when another highly religious faction unites under Rasputin, claiming to have survived the St. Petersburg Event thanks to protection by God. And I thought of a littel coat of arms he might use
