CoA Grandduchy of Frankfurt

So, I recently read something more detailed about the Morgenthau-Plan, the (grusome, if one might add) predecessor of the Marshall-Plan. While the Marshall-Plan wanted to pump American money into the rebuilding of war ravaged Europe, and therfor also German, and help it stay in the 20th century, the Morgenthau-Plan wanted to give the Allies even greater chunks of Germany, then it lost in the end and also let Germany fall to ruins. Nazi functionaries would have been shot, the country would have been left to die. A country of the Third World, right in the heart of Europe.

Well, here is the idea: The United States decide (for what ever reason) to not put the Marshall-Plan to use, but rather Morgenthau's vision of a complete and total punishment for Germany. Shortly after the Allies parade through Berlin, they begin to gather and execute Nazi functionaries, the Soviet's being the most "enthusiastic" about. The cleansing of Germany leaves tens of thousands dead within days. The Soviet Union integrates it's zone of occupation, basicaly OTL's GDR plus Saxony, and forms it into the Prussian Democratic Republic, a sattelite state composed of OTL's GDR, Saxony and Pommerania and Silesia. The newly formed Polish Socialist Soviet Republic recieves Eastern Prussia and gets annexed alongside Finland. The Western Allies let their zones fall into chaos, but only after fortifying regions of interest like the Ruhr and Saar territory or the Rhine. While they and the people within their borders recieve protection by their Allied overlords, the rest of Germany is left to it's fate. The greater citys lie in ruins, the economy is non-exitstin and there is no government. Basicaly, unoccupied Germany turns into a Third World warlord state, similar to China after the first revolution. One of the most succesful warlord states is the Grandduchy of Frankfurt. Originaly, a group of Wehrmacht officers with some 1.000 men under their command, took seat in Frankfurt. Until 1948, they cunquered surronding towns and cities and controlled a large chunk of central Hesse and a part of western Thuringia. On October 1st, 1048 they proclaimed Albert Stohr, Arch-Bishop of Mainz, wich lies behind the French Iron Curtain, "Grandduke of Frankfurt". 

This is it's coat of arms. The flag is the flag of today's Frankfurt, but with the Iron Cross instead of the city's coat of arms in the top left corner.
